Quick and delicious oven-baked boneless skinless chicken thighs, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, oregano, and thyme.
  3. Coat each chicken thigh generously with the spice mixture.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For juicier chicken, don’t skip the resting step after baking. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or frozen for about 3 months.
