A quick and budget-friendly lemon chicken recipe that is perfect for any occasion, packed with flavor and easy to make.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed is best!)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with a sprinkle of salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Melt the butter in the same skillet and add minced garlic, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Stir in lemon juice and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined and creamy.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it thoroughly with the sauce.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
