A fun twist on cheeseburgers, these crispy egg rolls combine seasoned ground beef and melted cheese, cooked in an air fryer for a healthier option.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef with chopped onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned.
  2. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then stir in the cheddar cheese.
  3. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface and place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center.
  4. Fold the wrapper over the filling, sealing the edges with a little water.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the egg rolls in the basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.
  6. Spray the tops with a little cooking spray.
  7. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crunch, make sure the egg rolls are well-sprayed with cooking spray and flip them halfway through cooking.
