Quick and easy wraps filled with shredded chicken, mozzarella, and fresh veggies, air-fried to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup low-moisture mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay each tortilla flat and divide the chicken mixture among the tortillas.
  4. Top with lettuce and diced tomatoes, then drizzle with ranch dressing.
  5. Fold the sides in and roll tightly.
  6. Lightly spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil.
  7. Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd.
  8. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway until crispy and golden.
  9. Let cool for a minute, slice, and serve with extra ranch.

Notes

For a sharper flavor, substitute half the mozzarella with cheddar. For a lighter option, use whole wheat or low-carb tortillas.
