Air Fryer Salmon

Quick and healthy air fryer salmon fillets that are crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside, ready in under 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each), skin on
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne if using.
  3. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over each fillet.
  4. Drizzle the lemon juice on top.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
  6. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, depending on thickness.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For thicker fillets, add 1 to 2 minutes to cooking time. For lower-sodium version, reduce salt and add lemon zest.
