A quick and flavorful Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry made on a Blackstone griddle, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil on the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the thinly sliced beef in a single layer, stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 3 to 4 minutes, then transfer to a plate and keep warm.
  3. In the same pan, add broccoli florets and toss in garlic and ginger. Stir continuously, cooking until broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Return beef to the griddle, pour in soy and oyster sauce, and stir until everything is coated and heated through, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Taste and season with salt and pepper, then serve immediately over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

For a slightly sweeter finish, add 1 teaspoon of brown sugar when adding the sauces. For a gluten-free version, swap tamari for soy sauce and check the oyster sauce label.
