A delightful vegan twist on classic tiramisu made with Biscoff cookie butter and creamy coconut.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Biscoff cookies for layering
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip together coconut cream, Biscoff cookie butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Dip Biscoff cookies into the cooled coffee quickly to moisten them without making them soggy.
  3. Layer the moistened cookies in a serving dish.
  4. Spread a layer of the coconut cream mixture over the cookies.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the cream on top.
  6. Dust the top with cocoa powder.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight to set before serving.

Notes

For an adult twist, feel free to add a splash of coffee liqueur. Chill overnight for best results.
