Delightful cookies combining the creamy richness of cheesecake with blueberries and white chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 box white or yellow cake mix (dry mix)
  • ½ cup butter (softened at room temperature, 1 stick)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 ¾ cup fresh blueberries or freeze-dried blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cake mix, butter, egg, vanilla extract, and cream cheese until just combined.
  2. Gently stir in the white chocolate chips and blueberries until evenly distributed.
  3. Cover the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  4. Scoop the dough into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  6. Let cookies rest on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
