A quick and versatile recipe for juicy oven-baked boneless skinless chicken breasts, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. Place the chicken on the baking sheet with space between each piece.
  4. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, Italian herbs, salt, black pepper, and onion powder.
  5. Brush the mixture evenly over both sides of each chicken breast.
  6. Bake for 22-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken in the seasoning for a few hours. Letting the chicken rest helps keep it juicy.
