  • 1 pound mild breakfast sausage
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Brown the sausage in a skillet and drain excess grease.
  4. Spread crescent rolls in the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Top with sausage, then pour eggs over the sausage.
  6. Generously top with cheese.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
