A warm and hearty breakfast casserole with sausage, eggs, and cheese, perfect for weekends or special occasions.

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 pound mild breakfast sausage
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat and drain excess grease.
  3. Spread the crescent rolls evenly in the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Layer the cooked sausage on top of the crescent rolls.
  5. Pour the beaten eggs evenly over the sausage.
  6. Generously sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Notes

Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes after baking to make slicing easier. You can serve with toppings like hot sauce or fresh herbs.
