  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter (optional, for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, broccoli florets, shredded rotisserie chicken, cream of chicken soup, cheese, and milk. Stir until everything is well mixed.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to your preference.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Top generously with crushed Ritz crackers.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
