  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 12 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt, to taste
  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • ½ block cream cheese (4 oz), softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • More basil leaves, chopped (for garnish)
  • Red pepper flakes (for garnish)
  • Parmesan cheese, freshly grated (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the bruschetta by combining diced tomatoes, basil, minced garlic, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar in a bowl. Season with salt and let sit to meld flavors.
  2. In another bowl, blend softened cream cheese, feta cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil until smooth and season with salt.
  3. In a serving dish, layer the cheese mixture first, then spoon the bruschetta topping over it. Garnish with basil, red pepper flakes, and Parmesan cheese.

Notes

Best enjoyed with toasted baguette slices, pita chips, or fresh vegetables. Serve with a light, crisp white wine for an elevated experience.
