A delightful blend of savory Cajun-seasoned steak tips and creamy rigatoni pasta, perfect for a quick and flavorful family dinner.

  • 1 lb Cajun-seasoned steak tips
  • 8 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni according to the package instructions. Once al dente, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the Cajun-seasoned steak tips to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked to your preference, stirring occasionally.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until the cheese melts and the sauce is creamy.
  5. Toss the cooked rigatoni into the skillet, ensuring it’s well coated with the sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate steak tips in Cajun seasoning for a few hours before cooking. You can also use hot Cajun seasoning for an extra kick.
