Ingredients
Scale
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups diced apples (peeled and cored)
1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, stirring until well mixed. Firmly press this mixture into the bottom of your prepared dish to form the crust.
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in sugar, mixing well. Add eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next. Stir in vanilla extract.
Gently fold in the diced apples, then pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust layer.
Drizzle the caramel sauce on top and use a knife to swirl it through the batter lightly.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set.
Allow the dessert to cool completely before cutting it into bars.
Optionally, drizzle with additional caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for an irresistible treat.
