  1. Wash the strawberries and cut off the tops. Hollow out the center of each strawberry using a small paring knife or a strawberry huller.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is light and airy.
  4. Using a piping bag or a spoon, fill each hollowed-out strawberry with the cheesecake mixture.
