  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crispy fries (for serving)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper, and add them to the skillet. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, mixing until the sauce is smooth.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce, and allow it to heat through.
  8. Serve the chicken with crispy fries on the side and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in garlic and olive oil for an hour before cooking. Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to control the spice level.
