  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then insert them into the skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest.
  4. Add the remaining butter along with the minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Toss the drained noodles in the skillet, mixing until evenly coated in the garlic butter.
  6. Slice the chicken and serve it atop the buttered noodles, finishing with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
