Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Add the chopped strawberries, plain Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract to a large bowl and combine thoroughly.
  2. Scoop the yogurt mixture (about 2 tbsp each) onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet to form clusters. You should make about 10 clusters.
  3. Place the baking sheet with yogurt clusters in the freezer for 1–2 hours until completely frozen.
  4. Melt the chocolate by placing chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, microwaving in intervals of 15 or 30 seconds and stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate using a spoon to ensure thorough coating, then return them to the baking sheet.
  6. Optionally sprinkle with sea salt and freeze for a few minutes until the chocolate hardens. Enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding a dash of cinnamon to the yogurt mixture. You can customize with different fruits or yogurt flavors.
