Easy, cheesy, and flavorful Crack Chicken Tenders that the whole family will love, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 1 ½ pounds chicken tenders
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup crushed Ritz crackers (or panko breadcrumbs)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise) with the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Dip each chicken tender into the yogurt mixture, ensuring they are completely covered. Then coat them in the mixture of shredded cheddar, grated Parmesan, and crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly spray them with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil for crispiness. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden and fully cooked.
  5. Once baked, serve the tenders hot with your favorite dipping sauces and enjoy.

Notes

For a dairy-free alternative, swap Greek yogurt with plant-based yogurt or vegan mayonnaise. Gluten-free breadcrumbs can also be used.
