Creamy Chicken Broccoli Pasta

A comforting one-pot meal combining tender chicken, fresh broccoli, and pasta coated in a rich creamy sauce. Perfect for busy weeknights and customizable based on your ingredients.

  • 400 g Penne or Fusilli
  • 500 g Chicken breast, diced
  • 1 medium broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 250 ml Cream
  • 100 g Grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chili flakes for seasoning

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. In the last 3–4 minutes, add the broccoli.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil and cook the chicken pieces for 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Add garlic and fry for another 30 seconds.
  4. Pour cream into the pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  6. Drain the pasta and broccoli, then add them to the sauce in the pan. Mix well and allow to heat through.
  7. Sprinkle with chili flakes if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, use fresh broccoli and don’t overcook the chicken. Add extra vegetables or adjust the seasoning to taste.
