A satisfying blend of creamy deviled egg flavors with hearty pasta, perfect as a standalone meal or side dish.

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles or relish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  2. Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked pasta, chopped eggs, green onions, and pickles.
  5. Stir until everything is well combined.

Notes
