A comforting dish featuring tender chicken, whole wheat pasta, and a rich, creamy sauce made from Greek yogurt and Parmesan cheese, with a hint of garlic.

  • 8 oz whole wheat pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and slice.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to low and add Greek yogurt and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well to coat.
  6. Stir in the sliced chicken and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
