  • 1/2 cup GF flour (e.g., Bobโ€™s Redmill 11 GF flour)
  • 1/2 cup GF Panko breadcrumbs (e.g., Alieias)
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 eggs for egg wash
  • Avocado oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of GF breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  3. Dredge each chicken piece in flour, dip in egg wash, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry the chicken tenders for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
