A quick and delicious salmon dish with a golden, crunchy Parmesan crust that’s perfect for weeknight dinners or impressing guests.

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets generously with olive oil.
  4. Press the cheese and breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet until well-coated.
  5. Arrange the coated salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is fully cooked and the crust is golden brown.
