  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet Italian salad dressing mix
  • 8 oz angel hair pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts directly into your Crock Pot.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, softened cream cheese, and Italian dressing mix. Stir until well blended.
  3. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken in the Crock Pot.
  4. Set your Crock Pot to cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours, until the chicken is fork-tender.
  5. Cook the angel hair pasta according to the package instructions while your chicken cooks.
  6. Once everything is ready, serve the creamy chicken mixture over the pasta.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
