A warm bowl of creamy, cheesy comfort that’s easy to prepare in a crock pot, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shredded chicken (cooked)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the shredded chicken, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, minced garlic, basil, and oregano in the crock pot.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  3. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, adjusting as desired.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
