A comforting and easy Crockpot dish with tender chicken in a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the creamy mixture evenly over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  5. Once done, serve the chicken by spooning the creamy sauce over it and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

Notes
