A warm and comforting soup featuring tender potatoes and savory ground beef, perfect for chilly days.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup cream or milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onion and garlic; drain excess fat.
  2. In the crockpot, combine the browned beef mixture, diced potatoes, beef broth, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook on low for 360 minutes (6-7 hours) or high for 240 minutes (3-4 hours) until potatoes are tender.
  4. Stir in the cream or milk and butter about 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Adjust seasoning to taste and enjoy your cozy soup!

Notes
