A delicious and simple dish that combines tender chicken with creamy sauce and pasta, all made in a slow cooker.

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Add cream cheese, Parmesan, minced garlic, and chicken broth.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, cook pasta according to package instructions.
  5. Shred the chicken in the slow cooker and stir to combine with the sauce.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and a splash of cream; mix well.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
