Delicious s’mores cookies with a soft and chewy texture, packed with graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and toasted marshmallows.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup browned butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup toasted marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the browned butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the butter mixture. Mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the graham cracker crumbs and chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
  8. Quickly press a few toasted marshmallows on top of each cookie right after they come out of the oven.
  9. Allow to cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For best flavor, use high-quality chocolate chips and do not overbake the cookies to keep them soft.
