Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
  2. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
  3. Add steak cubes to the skillet in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  4. Flip the steak cubes and add the remaining butter and minced garlic.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the steak is cooked to your liking and the garlic is fragrant.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
  7. Serve immediately as an appetizer or main dish.

Notes

Cut the steak into evenly sized cubes for consistent cooking and don’t overcrowd the skillet for a nice sear.
