A delicious and hearty chili that combines savory ground beef with a variety of beans and spices, perfect for families and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add onions and garlic; sauté until soft.
  3. Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  4. Add kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve hot.
