  • 2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into cubes
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bay leaf

Instructions

  1. Place the beef, carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic in the crock pot.
  2. Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Add thyme, salt, pepper, and bay leaf.
  4. Stir to combine.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until beef and vegetables are tender.
