  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt.
  3. In another bowl, melt the butter and mix it with eggs and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just blended; avoid overmixing.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto prepared baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.

Notes
