Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the steak bites with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the steak is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  5. While the steak is cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  6. Once melted, mix in any remaining garlic and let it infuse for a minute.
  7. After the steak is done, drizzle with the garlic butter and toss to coat.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate steak bites in olive oil and garlic beforehand. Cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding the air fryer.
