  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In your slow cooker, combine the cubed beef and halved baby potatoes.
  2. Add the garlic butter, salt, black pepper, and paprika to the mix.
  3. Stir everything together to ensure the beef and potatoes are well-coated in that delicious garlic butter.
  4. Cover the cooker and set it on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender and juicy.
  5. Once cooking is complete, sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving.
