  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, diced carrots, and diced celery to the pot. Cook until the vegetables become tender.
