  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, pepper, ginger, and egg.
