Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, and sugar until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour in a small amount of batter, tilting the pan to spread it evenly.
  4. Cook until edges start to lift and the underside is lightly browned.
  5. Flip and cook the other side for a few seconds.
  6. Repeat with remaining batter.
