  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter

Instructions
