A delicious low-carb twist on the classic Philadelphia cheesesteak, using keto-friendly wraps and packed with flavorful ground beef, cheese, and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Low carb wraps or similar alternative

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add sliced bell peppers and onions to the skillet, cooking until they are tender.
  3. Stir in the cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, mixing until well combined and melted.
  4. Take a low carb wrap, spoon some of the beef and cheese mixture in, and roll it up.
  5. Repeat for remaining wraps.
  6. Optionally, place the rolls in a baking dish, top with additional cheese, and bake at 350°F (175°C) until the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for maximum flavor and adjust cheese types as preferred. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
