  • For the glaze:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until well combined.
  3. Add eggs, lemon zest, and lemon juice, mixing until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Once cooled, mix powdered sugar with lemon juice to make the glaze and pour over the brownies.
  9. Let it set before slicing into squares.
