  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat, breaking it into small, crumbled pieces.
  2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped bell pepper. Sauté until tender.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil and then add the elbow macaroni.
  5. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Mix in the frozen mixed vegetables and Italian seasoning, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Season to taste with salt and pepper before serving warm.
