2 chicken breasts
8 oz egg noodles
4 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup chicken broth

Instructions
In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Add the chicken to the skillet and sear for about 5-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove the chicken and set it aside.
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
Once the noodles are cooked, stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter until melted. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the noodles and ensuring it’s heated through.
Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
