A comforting and satisfying creamy garlic pasta dish made in one pot, ready in about 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces pasta (fettuccine works beautifully)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

  3. Reduce heat and let it simmer, stirring frequently, until pasta is al dente and sauce is creamy, about 10-12 minutes.
  4. Stir in grated Parmesan, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
