Delightful hybrid treats combining croissants and muffins, filled with sweet peach preserves and a hint of cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • 3 cans refrigerated crescent dough (8 ounces each)
  • 1 cup peach preserves
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your muffin tin with liners.
  2. Mix peach preserves and cinnamon together in a bowl.
  3. Roll out the crescent dough and press the seams together to form rectangles.
  4. Spread the peach mixture evenly over each dough rectangle.
  5. Roll the dough into logs, slice them in half, and twist each piece into a spiral.
  6. Place the twists into the muffin tin and bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden.
  7. Whisk powdered sugar and heavy cream to make a glaze, then drizzle over the warm cruffins.

Notes

Make sure to seal the seams of the crescent dough well to prevent the filling from leaking while baking. Feel free to adjust the cinnamon to your taste.
