Delicious chicken wings marinated in a sweet and tangy pineapple-teriyaki sauce, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken wings and marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the marinated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
  3. Remove the wings from the oven and toss them in the remaining marinade. Return them to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes to allow the glaze to stick.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
