Delightful bite-sized desserts capturing the flavors of fall with pumpkin pie spice and creamy frosting.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pumpkin Cake or Bread Loaf (premade)
  • 6 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1/3 cup Butter (softened, unsalted)
  • 3 cups Powdered sugar
  • 10 oz White Chocolate Chips
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and butter on medium speed until well combined.
  2. Add in powdered sugar and mix on low until combined, then increase speed to medium for 1-2 minutes until fluffy and smooth.
  3. Crumble the pumpkin cake/loaf into another bowl and mix in half of the frosting, adding more as needed until the mixture can be pressed into balls.
  4. Chill the mixture for 20-30 minutes or until firm.
  5. Scoop with a tablespoon and roll into balls.
  6. Melt white chocolate chips at 30-second intervals in the microwave until smooth.
  7. Dip each cake ball into the melted white chocolate, scraping off excess.
  8. Allow them to harden on parchment paper and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.

Notes

For the best results, ensure cream cheese and butter are softened. Feel free to adjust frosting sweetness and experiment with different chocolate coatings.
