Delightful pumpkin cinnamon rolls with warm, rich flavors, perfect for fall. Easy to make and sure to impress!

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, milk, melted butter, and egg.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and spread with brown sugar and nuts if using.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  7. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Serve warm with icing or powdered sugar. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 2-3 days.
